"The room, staff & breakfast were all excellent, parking was supposed to be secure, firstly you could drive in & out of the car park unhindered onto a busy main road, so no more safe than parking on the roadside. Secondly due to an event on at the hotel, parking was at a premium, the noise from the event could be heard in our room which was at the other end of the hotel & after a day of traveling, sleep was at the top of our list. "Lady on reception when arrived was lovely, the lady on saturday and sunday morning was not even friendly, like she didn't want to be there and when we asked for more bread as this had run out at breakfast, its like it was too much trouble for her and she was miserable. Location was good 5 mins to train/bus station and about 10 mins to the centre. Bathroom was dirty, room was basic but ok and window opened wide, which was good.
